Miscellaneous Fees

Effective June 1, 2010 our clearing firm, Penson Financial Services will begin to assess a charge for all paper confirms and paper statements that are mailed. The charge will be $3 for confirms and $2 for statements. In order to avoid this charge and receive confirms and statements via e-mail, please follow the detailed steps below:

1. log onto http://online.penson.com or visit www.cobratrading.com and click on the "Customer Reports" tab in the upper right hand corner (if you are NOT currently signed up with Penson online, you will need to click on "create user id" and complete the registration process)
2. Click on "Tools"
3. Click on "Update Profile" which will bring up two boxes...one says "Confirms via Email" and the other says "Statements via Email"
4. check the box(s) that apply to you
5. Click "update"

If you would like to continue to receive paper confirms and/or paper statements, please understand that this charge will begin June 1st.
