Cobra Trading, Inc, its owners, operators, employees, and agents are not responsible or liable for any damages to yourself or third parties that result from the consumption of alcohol by yourself or others, to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium. That should you consume alcohol at the Cobra Trading, Inc. social event, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by yourself or that you may cause to third parties as a result of said consumption to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium.

Cobra Trading, Inc. will provide UberEvents passes to return to your DFW home or hotel should you wish to use the service. This service is operated by Uber, and will require the Uber app to be set up on your mobile device at your own risk. You hereby for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might make a claim on your behalf, covenant not to sue, waive, release, and discharge Cobra Trading, Inc, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium. This waiver extends to any and all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. You further agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Cobra Trading, Inc, its owners, operators, employees, and agents for any and all causes of action, claims, or lawsuits that may result from the consumption of alcohol during the social event and the use of UberEvents service.
